Due to the custom-made nature of our products, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply after the 24-hour cancellation period has expired. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or repair. Please send us photos of the damage along with a short description of the issue. We will review the case and propose an appropriate solution – whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund.
