Principle
We process personal data sparingly and only as needed to operate this website and handle your enquiries. The revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies. Where applicable, we also comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. For technical reasons, access data is processed in log files when you visit: IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type. This data is used only for the secure and stable operation of the website and is deleted after a short period.
Content delivery / security
We use Cloudflare, Inc. (USA/EU) to deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site efficiently and defend against attacks. Appropriate data protection agreements are in place with Cloudflare.
Contacting us
A partnership enquiry includes details about your company, sector, desired range, estimated fabric volume, start date and contact details, and optionally a selected fabric colour and message. We store it in our protected Medusa system on our hosting infrastructure and notify our team at [email protected]. We use this information to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Other contact forms may open your own email application (mailto). Our email service is operated by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.
Data during your browser session
The enquiry form stores a draft in your browser session (sessionStorage) so your answers survive back navigation and page reloads. The draft is deleted after successful submission. The last collection visited is also stored during the session for back navigation. We store your explicit country and language choice locally in your browser (localStorage). Automatic selection at the general entry point uses the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare and your browser language preferences. These features support use of the website and are not used for analytics or advertising.
Cookies and website measurement
Optional analytics and marketing features are off by default. With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to measure page views, clicks, form steps and confirmed partnership enquiries. Data first passes through our own tagging server at Hetzner in Germany; permitted measurement data is then sent to Google. Transfers to the United States are possible. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free text from the enquiry form are not sent as Analytics parameters. With analytics consent, we store pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, source, campaign, country and language with the enquiry to connect subsequent follow-up stages. Marketing signals require additional marketing consent. Your cookie choice lasts 180 days; Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. GA4 event data is retained for 14 months. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Enquiry details already recorded continue to be used to respond to your enquiry. For questions or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
Sharing data
Personal data is shared with third parties only when required to fulfil a contract, for example with logistics partners, when legally required or with your consent. Personal data is not sold.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or required by legal retention obligations, such as commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we process and request its correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact [email protected].
External links and social media
Our website links to external services such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Those providers are responsible for their data processing; their privacy policies apply.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when needed. The version published on this page applies.
